This 50 minute class is low impact with an intense core focus. Class will begin with a warmup, and move on to 40 minutes of varied core circuits, mobility and interwoven stretching using bodyweight and props. End with a cool down consisting of even deeper stretching and relaxation leaving you transformed inside and out.
